Each product is made from a single piece of solid natural wood and will have its own natural variations on veining that make it unique and considered a natural work of art. You will receive similar product to the one on listing. No two products will be identical.
We create only genuine designs with varying degrees of distressing from piece to piece; this may involve wood splits, wood filling, knots, purpose distress/scratch marks, antiquing etc. Certain degrees of filler will be used on our furniture. This is common and part of the manufacturing process. Knotty and grainy woods are used; this is as intended by the supplier.
Difference between screen resolution and display setups, sometimes, the color of the items you see may slightly vary. Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in our stores, on our website and in other promotional materials. We cannot guarantee however the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Many conditions such as your monitor or screen settings and batching can affect the coloring of items in a picture.
All products from EARTHCOLORS are handmade by artistians and human resources are limited, so the lead time for a product is about 1 week, for more advanced projects we estimate the production timing individually. We will keep you involved and updated from start to finish of your furniture creations through our bespoke Order Management Software (OMS) to connect your orders with us, ensuring all your orders are streamlined. Our OMS helps you keep track of all operations and related departments. No matter if you are a buyer or a distributor. Flat-pack furniture, which is also known as knockdown fittings, self-assembly and kit furniture, are all types of furniture that need to be assembled after purchase.
Flat-packs are delivered in carton flat-packed boxes. They include assembly instructions and tools for you to be able to put it together yourself.

Flat pack Furniture usually comes extremely cheap home delivery service. The smaller initial size means companies can use smaller trucks, even if you are having multiple items delivered, the transportation of all items can happen together due to the smaller space required by each one of the furniture pieces. This is extremely cost-effective compared to traditional furniture. If you are taking the items home yourself, they are much easier to take home in your vehicle and unpack without having to be specially delivered.

If you have space, you can usually move the furniture in one piece. Or if you are more limited on space, have bigger items or want to reduce the risk of damage, you can dismantle the furniture.
Flat-pack Furniture Is CompactManufacturers build flat-pack furniture to be compact and fit into smaller spaces. It is not a problem if you have flat-pack furniture lying around your home waiting to be assembled as it is easy to slide it into a cupboard or under a bed. Most of the furniture we ship overseas we flat pack the parts separate.
After completing all our steps of our packing process we will send you photos of your furniture through OMS. Then we will have our shipper start all the required documentation and paperwork and send to you.
All purchasers are responsible for paying any customs, import, state and or city taxes or fees.
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be canceled. Once an order is processed, we are obligated to purchase the item from the manufacturer. Please contact us within 24 hours from payment date and request your order to be canceled. After the 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged (50% of purchase price). Items that have been shipped and are refused for delivery will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the return policy.
Please inspect your item and report any damage experienced during shipment within 24 hours.
If damage is sustained during shipping, the customer is required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.
I would certainly like you to be happy. If you are genuinely unhappy with anything we make, or something warps or splits for whatever reason, then we do want to hear about it and may work with you to compensate or fix at a fraction of the cost to us, at our sole discretion.
Most of our work is priced considerably low (if not the Cheapest in The World of Its Kind) for the amount of time, thought, effort and heart put into the process of accumulating materials, designing, woodworking, metal refurbishing etc. It is only fair that we do not issue returns or refunds.
We will however do anything humanly possible to assure you are stoked with your purchase. If you are interested in an item, but are unsure of the color, dimensions, condition, etc., just ask in advance. It is our pleasure to assist you in making a decision of buying or passing on something we’ve made. We have no problem answering your questions, sending additional photographs, creating 3D models for your furniture, letting you see them all in your own place at every angle…. until you are rest assured that everything is well handled.
In case the furniture is returned for some reasons, it must be returned in the condition it was received and cannot show any signs of use or wear. You must retain any crating or packing that was not removed by the carrier in their normal delivery process and repack the furniture for safe return. This part is very important and it is not a quick process. We have gone to great lengths to properly package your furniture to arrive safely to you and you must also pack it so that it returns to us in the same undamaged conditions. When we receive and inspect the furniture, we will issue the refund. You will be responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse and restocking fees. Any additional costs incurred during the preparation and delivery of return items (packing materials, putting items on pallet, hiring extra delivery person) are non-refundable.
Most of our tables requires some assembly. The holes are marked and predrilled to make attaching the legs simple. All hardware will be sent in the package with your legs. An electric screwdriver is recommended for a quicker assembly but not required.

We use wood from US and EU to get the best quality possible but all solid wood products are potentially subject to weather acclimation. Wood is a living substance, and it moves. Wood is a sensitive material, and we will not be responsible for any damage that occurs because of improper storage, weather changes or lack of care once the woodwork is received.
Wood is a dynamic substance and requires vigilant care and attention. Our furniture is designed to be functional and aesthetic objects equally, and to last a long time acquiring patina and character as they age. As a living, porous, cellular substance, wood does move, including seasonally with changes in temperature and pressure, but also with prolonged exposure to moisture or even brief exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Everything we build is with principles of wood movement in mind. Wood also changes color. And of course even end grain will eventually show signs of wear and may need to be resurfaced.
Store flat if possible, in a relatively stable climate, and keep out of direct heat (including windows). Sudden changes in temperature and moisture content are to be avoided. Keep cool and dry and clean.
All our furniture is made from natural wood and accordingly appearances may vary. Some woods will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight. When you are purchasing our furniture you are buying pieces where varying degrees of distressing is generally applied. This is very much intended and makes each piece totally individual as designed by the manufacturers. Products supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. The products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance.
